Anybody want to play?

I was wondering what Matthew Ryan songs I play the most...I checked last.fm, and here are the results:

1. Dulce et Decorum Est
2. They Were Wrong
3. Closing In
4. Chrome
5. Guilty
6. Irrelevant

Nice mix of old and new, eh?

Anyone else?

These are a few that jump out right away that are my favorites

Night watchman
the little things (dissent from the living room version)
I must love leaving (dissent from the living room version)
Sunk
Time and Time only
Guilty
Return to me
I can't steal you

In no particular order, as of lately......

sunk
sadly love
i must love leaving
3rd of October
guilty
irrelevant
chrome
everybody always leaves
babybird
ducle
could've been worse
closing in

and maybe little things, still trying to get those last lyrics straight.......
every once in a while I like to go crazy with killing the ghost and the you're a liar song when I'm feeling aggrivated

mmm... that's a lot but then again I have been listening to a lot since I discovered him in May.
Nothing else seems to grab me the way his words and melodies do.

I still only have a few selections from Dissent and Hopeless so there is more to be discovered for me!

I love this, too--this version grabs me more than the "album" version, although they are both great.

I do wish it was easier to find lyrics--I found these because someone had posted the guitar tabs (I couldn't get the "take these arms, take these arms all they've ever held was lead and soot"...)

are you listening, Matthew?

Oh, I forgot:

Thought that song called "I Must Love Leaving" was "Demoland Part.1". Thatīs how it appears in my "Dissent..."

Is that right?

Anyone knows?

Very Happy

This is a very difficult question. The problem with matthew is that almost every song he wrote is great, this can be deduced also by the lists that you made before...there are almost 30 different songs listed there, it's not like picking up an author who has just 3-4 good songs and the other are bullshit. This makes me compare Matthew to Dylan, really have difficulties in founding out another authors who wrote a SO wide bunch of great songs in only ten years.

Anyway, anyhow:

Ballad Of The Limping Man
Still Part Two
Chrome
Comfort
Nails
Everybody Always Leaves
Some Streets Lead Nowhere
Devastation
I must love leaving
They Were Wrong
Sunk
Worry
Drift
Happy Hour
All Lit up
Return To Me
Irrelevant
Dam
Beautiful Fool
Guilty
Dolce Et Decorum Est
Jane
and many many others

...ahhh...it's impossible, really if you ask me only 5 i can't decide!!!
